King Strut, leader of the Guerrilla Cartel is an enigma as not much is known of him except the name. Most of what is known about King Strut stems from unverified stories about his origins. With only one photo in existence, the Cartel hold him in such high regard that he is not spoken about due is his importance. Too much information could lead onto the risk King Strut could be kidnapped by the NMG (No Music Government).
